In April, your child will begin taking the Oklahoma standardized tests. Testing will be from April 15th through April 25th. Let’s work together to ensure your child’s experience is both positive and successful! While we’ve been preparing at school, here are a few suggestions for how you can support your child at home each day:
Ensure your child is present on testing days.
Make sure your child arrives at school on time.
Provide a healthy breakfast at home or have them eat breakfast at school. (School breakfast is served from 7:40 AM to 8:00 AM.)
Ensure your child gets a good night’s sleep.
Gently encourage them to do their best.
Stay positive!
Below is the testing schedule by grade:
3rd Grade: April 15th, April 16th, April 22nd, and April 23rd
4th Grade: April 15th, April 16th, April 22nd, and April 23rd
5th Grade: April 15th, April 16th, April 22nd, April 23rd, April 24th, and April 25th
6th Grade: April 15th, April 16th, April 22nd, and April 23rd
7th Grade: April 15th, April 16th, April 22nd, and April 23rd
8th Grade: April 15th, April 16th, April 22nd, April 23rd, April 24th, and April 25th
